Kenyans react to Anita Nderu’s LGBTQ revelation!

Coming out as being part of the LGBTQ+ community has never been easy.

TV and radio presenter Anita Nderu took to Twitter to finally come out to the public. She said what she said and she is unapologetic about it.

This revelation saw her take the number one spot on trends on Twitter. As is the norm, Kenyans had a lot to say about it. Some support her one hundred percent of the way while the other are crucifying and trolling her.

The LGBTQ+ has always been a controversial topic in Kenya. As the community fights to have their rights acknowledged and passed as law, there is still stigmatization and discrimination associated with the community.

Here is what some Kenyans had to say about the matter:

Mnajifanya ati mmeskia vibaya Anita Nderu is gay as if she would even breathe in your direction if she was straight ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚
Only by speaking out can we create lasting change. And that change begins with coming out. Anita Nderu coming out as an LGBTQ is a bold move. Her rights is as equal as any other rights.
Mimi sielewi how sexuality ya mtu husumbua watu on this App, like you have very many things to worry about in this country but sexuality ya mtu ndio inakusumbua? Someone you don’t even know, Anita Nderu ata isn’t related to you! SMH!

Some bunch of LGBTQ telling Anita nderu she is ‘all well and be happy with her choice of s3x’ stupidity! A line must be drawn somewhere, being happy and encouraging when one chooses to be gay,its not fine CONDEMN them at least if not guiding them,CHOOSE A LESSER SIN!! Be straight.
Being LGBTQ is not a crime and it is not a sin. Stop using God to justify your prejudice. Religion is about loving one another. Youโ€™re just looking for an excuse to hate.

Lesbianism and gaysm ORIGINATES from kids who have been brought up by SIMPS and toxic mothers who tries to be men in the house… Anita Nderu is a perfect example.
Anita Nderu open up about her struggle being LGBTQ. This’s evil ooh God open the eyes of our generation and rescue them from this demonic act.
