Koinange was the second journalist from Citizen TV to go public about his Covid-19 status after reporter Stephen Letoo.

Letoo , who has been at the forefront in covering the Covid-19 pandemic, was the first to go public.

Letoo also said he did not have any symptoms when he decided to go to Nairobi Hospital.

“I did not have any signs and even now, I don’t have any signs. I am fine and I have my appetite like before. You might even think that I am pretending,” he told the Star.
