The last words of CS Sicily Kariuki’s daughter before she died

Water CS Sicily Kariuki recalled her daughter’s last words before she passed away at Nairobi Hospital on July 19.

Twenty-year-old Wendy Muthoni was laid to rest on July 29 in Muchemi village in Nyandarua County.

She was a second-year law student at JKUAT, Karen Campus and is one of CS Kariuki’s four children.

The CS wrote her daughter’s final words in the funeral programme.

“On June 30 at 9pm, the eve of your tragic illness, you said to me that you noted I had a long tough day ahead. I confirmed and you continued, mum, it will be fine. I will pray for you and I know it will be fine. Good night. I love you.”
