Radio presenter Felix Odiwour aka Jalang’o has blamed YouTube content creator Edgar Obare for breaking families and destroying their marriages.
This is after Obare shared screenshots of conversations of Jalang’o and his friends from their WhatsApp group.
According to Edgar, Jalang’o and his friends had been sleeping around with numerous women despite having wives and were bragging about it in the WhatsApp group. They were also sharing women and ranking each other based on their latest conquests. On Thursday, comedian Jalang’o finally came out to refute those claims and gave his side of the story on social media.
“The past two days have been very rough for me and my close friends because of the chats from our WhatsApp group. Yes we agree that it was our group and it’s a group that has been there for so many years. We have been judged, abused, crucified and told that we formed a boy’s group just to have our pleasures. We will not defend ourselves but this was just another random boy’s chat in a WhatsApp group, the difference between us and you is that your chats haven’t leaked. The group has been there for so many years and through the group we have achieved a lot in developing ourselves in different fields more so in investment which was the sole reason for the group. ” Jalang’o lamented.

The radio presenter also accused Edgar Obare of sharing the screenshots out of malice. He claims Obare is doing the scandalous expose’ just to settle scores.
“It is very evident that the blogger has a lot against me. He struck again December last year, when I questioned him he blocked me and claimed that I wanted to kill him. Obare has since blocked me and continues to publish my stories all the time, my friends send me screenshots from his chats. He is happy because he gets what he wants, clout! Nothing else,” Jalang’o said.

The comedian said Edgar has done irreparable damage. Families have been broken and business clients are pulling out of deals. Despite the damage, Jalang’o says he will not sue Edgar. He thanked the clients and friends who stood beside him during the ordeal.
“I assure you that if I was a bad person, this would not have ended well. We will not sue or try to follow up on anything and we will just let this pass. You’ve broken families, we have lost businesses and top clients have pulled out on us. We thank clients and friends who have stood by us by seeking to know the truth first.
