Royal Media Services, one of the largest media conglomerates in the country, has announced a raft of survival measures as the impact of COVID19 takes a toll on the country.
Through its Managing Director, Wachira Waruru, RMS announced that members of staff would take a pay cut off 20-30% based on their job groups. Further, the facilities directed that all employees with accrued leave days to immediately take leave. This move is consistent with the efforts taken by many organizations in using the services of a minimal number of employees.
