DiploBrief publishes news, analysis and opinion about Kenya's foreign policy, diplomacy, politics, business, climate and the diaspora, and offers policy advisory and advertising services. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean DiploBrief.

2. Use of the website

You may use the site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, republish, sell or distribute our content without written permission, other than short quotations with clear credit and a link back to the original story;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' data, or interfere with its operation;
  • use the site to send spam, malware or unlawful, defamatory or abusive material;
  • use automated tools to extract content in bulk.

3. Intellectual property

The articles, images, logos, design and other material on this site are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. The DiploBrief name and logo may not be used without our written consent. Photographs and graphics credited to third parties remain the property of their owners.

We work to publish accurate and fair reporting and to correct errors promptly. Content is provided for general information and is not legal, financial, investment or professional advice. Opinion and analysis pieces reflect the views of their authors and not necessarily those of DiploBrief.

When you send us information, such as news tips, comments or form submissions, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use it for editorial and business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising, sponsored and partnership content is clearly labelled where it appears. Advertisers and partners have no influence over our editorial coverage. Commercial terms are agreed separately in writing.
