Government to intensify enforcement measures to curb rising COVID-19 Cases

The Department of Interior and Coordination of National Government has promised intensified action on the race to manage the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Through the CS, Dr, Fred Matiang’i, the ministry indicated that possible indiscipline and recklessness present in some estates could be frustrating the fight to contain the virus. In a media statement, the Ministry also indicated that the government had mapped out the affected areas with a view of amplifying surveillance.
