Daniel Manduku, the Managing Director at Kenya Ports Authority, has resigned.
Dr Manduku, the architect at the helm of the now controversial Kenya Ports Authority, handed his resignation letter to Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia.
Manduku was arrested by DCI officers on March 2 over graft allegations. After what appeared like a criminal justice tussle between the DCI and ODPP, Manduku was released without any preference of charges.
He tendered the resignation letter at exactly 5.00 pm on March 26, 2020.
