Education cabinet secretary Prof. George Magoha, on Wednesday released the long awaited 2019 KCSE results.
Addressing education stakeholders at Mtihani House, the CS made a number of announcements. In the process of releasing the results Prof. Magoha indicated that “I am not a politician and do not desire to be one. Keep politics out of my work”.
On the results, the following are the #KCSE2019 highlights:
A total of 699,745 sat for the 2019 KCSE exams in 10,289 centers. 51% of these candidates were male as compared to 49% f

emale candidates.
Buluma Tonny from Kapsabet Boys topped the nation with an aggregated score of 87.159 points.
125,746 CANDIDATES scored C+ and above in KCSE 2019 exams while 627 candidates scored grade A.
